Because we deliver a large volume of reliable work to our service providers, they can afford to supply favourable pricing to our customers and provide a small service fee to us for sourcing, scheduling and arranging payment for the work.

For standard repairs, we've already negotiated the best price from a number of service providers, so we will be able to quote you the best price for your area upfront. For bigger jobs or anything more complex, we'll arrange prices from some of the most experienced and competitive trades that service your area.

We'll schedule the appropriate service provider(s) to attend at a time convenient to you.

 

 

We can even try our luck with some of our DIY Troubleshooting resources that might just save you a pretty penny. 

Once you've given the go-ahead, your preferred service provider will carry out the repair.

All our service providers are background checked and hold the appropriate qualifications and licenses. We constantly monitor their performance and feedback from customers, to ensure they deliver a consistently high level of service.

If you find that you have an appliance that isn't viable to fix, you can access discounted pricing through our commercial buying power. Not only can we have the new one delivered and installed -we can take the old one away.

Once the repair is complete, we'll contact you to obtain your feedback and ensure you were happy with the service provided.

 

If ever there is a problem, or you're not totally satisfied, we'll follow up with the service provider to remedy the issue. We will advocate on your behalf to ensure you've been looked after, and if required, we'll arrange for them or another trusted service provider to re-attend at no additional cost to you.

It's rare, but if ever anything goes wrong, it's nice to know we'll be by your side. Our Umbrella Guarantee will cover the repair for a full 6 months.
