It's rare, but if ever anything goes wrong, it's nice to know we'll be by your side. If ever there is a problem, or you're not totally satisfied, we'll follow up with the service provider to remedy the issue. We will advocate on your behalf to ensure you've been looked after, and if required, we'll arrange for them or another trusted service provider to re-attend at no additional cost to you.

All our repairs are covered by our 6 month Umbrella Guarantee. We guarantee the performance on all replacement parts and labour for a full 6 months. If ever there is a problem, you know we've got you covered.
